10 Year Warranty

Digital Dental warrants for 10 years from date of placement that restorations made from Crystal® Ultra will not break if fabricated using a recommended milling machine in strict compliance with approved indications and instructions for use. Digital Dental makes no other warranties including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Digital Dental’s sole obligation and the customers’ sole remedy in the event of any breakage of the restoration shall be limited to the replacement of the block/disc used to fabricate the milled restoration, or at Digital Dental’s option, reimbursement of the block/disc purchase price. This warranty does not cover breakage resulting from accident or misuse.

Material Handling and Storage

Handle with care. Do not expose the material to extreme heat and do not drop the disc or block onto a hard surface.

This product is designed to be stored and used at room temperature. Do not store material in intense light or sunlight. Product should be used by the date indicated on the outer package.

Bridge Design

Bridge connectors should be designed in the CAD system to be at least 16mm2, typically 4mm by 4mm.

Extraoral Polishing

Using a #9 Soft Robinson bristle brush. Spin brush in the polishing agent (Diashine Fine Soft Extraoral Polishing Paste, Premier Diamond Twist SCO, Shofu Direct Dia Paste, Renfert Opal Ref 520-0000) to incorporate the paste into the brush. Apply to the surface of restoration using a low speed setting, working the polishing agent slowly into surface.
